SuperDupr · 2023 – present

Running social media for multiple clients at once

Owning LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram for several SuperDupr clients at the same time, from content strategy to publishing to reporting.

Result Several brands posting on schedule, each in its own voice

The situation

SuperDupr’s clients are small and mid-size businesses. They know they need to post consistently, but they don’t have anyone in-house to do it. Each one has a different audience, a different voice, and different platforms that matter.

What I own

  • Content strategy for each client: what we post, on which platform, and why.
  • Production: writing captions and building visuals in Canva, with AI-assisted drafting (ChatGPT and Claude) and a human edit for voice and accuracy.
  • Scheduling and publishing across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Community engagement: watching comments and messages and getting the right ones to the client.
  • Analytics: tracking what’s working and adjusting the plan.
  • Client communication: I’m the primary point of contact on these accounts, so I handle deliverables, status updates, and approvals.

How I keep it from falling apart

Running several brands at once only works with a system. Every client, platform, and post sits on one calendar with a clear status (draft → client approved → scheduled), so nothing goes out unapproved and no week gets skipped. The repetitive handoffs between tools are automated with Make.com, and the process is written up as SOPs so it doesn’t depend on one person remembering the steps.

Results

  • Multiple client accounts posting consistently, week after week.
  • Content production time cut by more than half with AI-assisted workflows, without the posts sounding generic.
  • Clients get one reliable point of contact instead of chasing status.
